After learning acting Madhurima make her portfolio and circulate to all the production house from that she get a chance in some TV ads and in 2004 she debuti inTelugu Film 'Satta' with saikiran and in 2007 she Debut in Star Plus TV show 'Kasturi' with Shubhangi Atre and Karn Patel,then she Participate in Show Khatron ke Khiladi (2010) , and she has work in Bollywood Movie 'Baby' (2015) and This is Movie of Akshay Kumar, She played role of Akshay Kumar's Wife as Ajali Singh Rajput ,Then in 2017 she Debut in Punjabi Film 'The Black Prince' .
